Welcome to Villages at Candle Station, located in Williamsburg, Virginia's colonial capital. Our community offers diverse styles of living for every stage of life, and is conveniently located to the places you work and play. I-64 is only a couple of minutes away, and you'll also find shopping, restaurants, a library, and a state park close by. Neighborhood amenities include a playground, picnic shelter, multi-use court, and walking trails.
Established in 2014, we are made up of two governing bodies. Villages at Candle Station Association includes all owners in the community and operates and maintains the shared common areas and amenities. It has its own Board of Directors and assessments are collected directly from owners of single family units and from townhome owners through their sub-association.
Owners of townhome units are also members of Villages at Candle Station Residential Association. This Association collects assessments from its owners and is responsible for maintenance of the private roads, landscaping of the townhome lots and common areas, and private street lights. It has a separate Board of Directors who oversees the responsibility of the Association.
Villages at Candle Station is a wonderful place to call home!
